1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the QA Academy Practice Portal ("Portal"), you confirm your full acceptance of these Terms of Service as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Portal.

2. Purpose and Access

The Portal is a hands-on simulation platform provided to QA Academy students for acquiring practical skills in Software Testing and Test Automation. Access is restricted to active students enrolled in Google Classroom via Google OAuth authentication.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

When using the Portal, you must strictly abide by the following rules:

• Do not execute malicious scripts or automated attacks that could damage the Portal simulation environments (Jira, Slack, Store, Banking).
• Do not interfere with or disrupt other students' task execution.
• Do not exploit system vulnerabilities or hidden bugs; report any security findings immediately to your instructor.

4. Intellectual Property

All portal designs, code, test scenarios, practice assignments, and instructional content belong to QA Academy and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Portal is provided for educational purposes on an "as-is" basis. Platform management assumes no material or moral liability for any potential service disruptions, temporary data loss, or task state resets.
